What to Expect
WHAT’S A SERVICE LIKE?
The minute your tires hit the parking lot we want you to feel welcomed and loved. You can expect that from our parking lot and usher greeter teams you will be directed to exactly where you need to be, with a smile and a wave of a flag – they’re there to help and guide you. Before or after the service, grab a cup of hot coffee at the Elevate Café or browse our bookstore – and find your favorite Christian book, latest series and more.
After you’ve parked, dropped your children off at our ELC Kid’s ministry area, grabbed a coffee from the Café and found your seat, service will begin with energetic and powerful worship. During worship there will be a call for prayer and our prayer teams will be available to pray and believe with you and your specific needs. After worship, there always will be a message about Jesus; prepare to be inspired, transformed, and encouraged by the word and the people you connect with while at Elevate Life Church.
WHERE DO I PARK?
You can enter our parking lot on Teel Parkway; our parking lot team will be near the entrances to wave you into the parking lot and direct you to the nearest spot.
DROPPING OFF CHILDREN: The most convenient parking for those with children is the North side of the parking lot; it’s the side closest to the Kroger shopping center.
SINGLE PARENTS: We’d love to valet park your car for you, you can take advantage of valet parking by heading to the porte-cochère on the North side of the building.
Our worship music is loud, energetic and powerful – we have been blessed with talented musicians who are creative, love Jesus and can truly build an atmosphere that prepares our hearts and minds for the message. We believe that worshiping is being in “awe” of God – and that’s exactly what our worship team allows us to do. You will see people lifting their arms and singing, we encourage you to do the same, because we believe that when you worship God and enter His presence with praise, He enters your circumstances with power.
If the music is ever too loud for you there are free earplugs available at the information desk – we always want you to feel comfortable and able to worship freely.
ELC KID’S MINISTRY
ELC Kids believe that each weekend is a place for kids to grow and to belong. Each weekend, your child will learn the Bible and God in an age-appropriate way that makes it easy for them to understand. The lessons are always fun, engaging and are taught by our dedicated and loving servant leaders. There will also be a time of worship where children will sing fun and easy praise songs to the Lord together.
You can learn more about each specific children’s area by visiting www.elevatelife.com/kids.
If it’s your first time, when you walk through the door let the nearest usher greeter (in dark blue shirts) know your child’s age, they’ll be happy to direct you to the area to check your child in.
Security is important to us, so we have servant leader security officers at all check-in areas, no one without a background check is allowed back to the children’s area unless they are picking up their child.
