It is based on ELC’s vision of leading people to Discover God, Develop Themselves, and be Deployed into Leadership with a Biblical worldview.
The intention behind the Greatness Journey is to provide steps for growth and development that enable believers to understand where they need to mature or go deeper to see the fullness of what God has for them and to walk in the power of God in every area of life.

Experiences
We offer services and events that gather God’s people to hear the word, pray, worship, and experience God together.
Salvation
We provide the opportunity for salvation, baptism and sharing testimonies. This is the starting point for Discovering God.
Develop Yourself
Groups
To grow and develop, we must surround ourselves with other people seeking to do the same. We have several groups throughout the community for Men, Women, Marriage and more. God’s great plan for our life only happens through relationships.
Classes
We offer classes to help you go to your next level. Our classes include How We Serve, How We Lead and more.
Deploy into Leadership
Servant Leadership
Step into GREATNESS by serving on teams or doing an outreach in our community.
Generosity
Putting God first, and giving over and above are a key part of developing our greatness. When you give, you obey God and invest in changing the world. We practice generosity through tithes, offerings and fulfillment of pledges.
Lead
The journey never stops. Once you take the journey, your responsibility is to lead others by your example of greatness. Get deployed into leadership so you can help other people take their Greatness Journey.
