We believe in women at Elevate Life Church. She is the name of our Women’s Ministry, and our heart is to equip and empower women to discover God so they can grow in their faith, develop their God-given uniqueness, and live with purpose. Throughout the year, we offer women’s Bible studies, She Nights, and special gatherings.
She Conference is a powerful experience filled with teaching, vision, and encouragement for women in every season of life. We also have a leadership and discipleship path that equips women with biblical truth, spiritual maturity, and practical leadership.
She Squad Path
She Squad is the leadership path for women at ELC. It is a commitment that a woman makes each year, and it lasts for a 12- month calendar year. This is our leadership development process for women at Elevate Life Church. Within a year, women are given a coach and opportunities to serve others, find freedom, connect with groups, and personally develop and grow closer to God. The first-year path differs from that of women who have completed 2 or more years. The first year is all about your personal growth and relationship with God, and as you step into the 2nd year, women can step into leadership roles within our groups, teams, and the She Leadership team.
Sign-ups are closed for 2026, but you can step into being a She Squad Pledge.

She Groups
Groups create an environment where life change happens, real connections are formed, and faith is strengthened. Our women’s groups happen three times a year where group opportunities include bible studies, freedom groups, and connect groups. Take your next step and join a group that helps you get with the right people, so we can RUN TO WIN in 2026!
She Squad Pledge
She Squad Pledge is an opportunity for women to begin preparing for the She Squad Path—even after official Path sign-ups have closed. Becoming a pledge allows you to start committing to foundational requirements that will carry into the following year’s She Squad Path.
Signing up as a pledge does not mean you are enrolled in the She Squad Path. It simply gives you a starting point. You can become a pledge at any time and begin building the habits, commitments, and consistency that will position you well for the next Path cycle. When She Squad Path registration opens the following year, you will still need to officially sign up to be eligible to continue on the Path.
